Our Story
Built on a Simple Conviction
Poojary Prefab was founded in 2010 with a single conviction: that pre-engineered steel buildings, done properly, could outperform conventional RCC construction on every dimension that matters to an industrial buyer — speed, quality, cost, and long-term value.
We started with PEB structures. Over 15 years, we expanded into prefab factories, warehouses, labour camps, container structures, cold storage, and site offices — becoming the most complete prefab specialist in the region. Not because we chased growth, but because our clients kept asking us to solve the next problem.
We keep fabrication and erection in-house. We don't subcontract the critical path. When a structure leaves our yard, it was built by our people — and when it goes up on site, it's erected by our teams. That's why we can offer a 10-year structural warranty and mean it.
Today, 500+ structures stand across 18 states. In automotive plants, aircraft hangars, pharma facilities, cold chains, labour camps, and container homes. Our portfolio is the most honest thing we can show a prospective client.
