Yes. We routinely design factory buildings with integrated EOT crane runways for capacities from 1MT to 100MT. The crane runway beams and bracket connections are engineered into the primary portal frame from the start of structural design — not added afterwards. We work with crane suppliers including Konecranes, Demag, and major Indian manufacturers on joint interface drawings.

A standard factory shed with single cladding typically costs ₹900–1,400 per sqft. A fully fitted factory with EOT crane provision, mezzanine, insulated panels, and fire safety provisions runs ₹1,500–2,500 per sqft. Crane-bay structures with high eave heights are priced on enquiry. All our structural designs are engineered to IS 1893:2016 (earthquake design). Maharashtra spans seismic Zones II, III, and IV — our designs are calibrated to the specific zone of your project site. For Pune, Chakan, and MIDC areas, we design to Zone III as standard.

We can engineer column-free clear spans up to 90 metres in a single bay. For crane-bay structures with high eave heights, spans of 30–60m are most common. Multi-bay complexes can extend to any width by sharing intermediate columns between bays.

Yes. We design the original structure with pre-provisioned endwall connections for future bay additions. Phase 1 can be erected and operational while Phase 2 is still being fabricated. New bays bolt on to the existing endwall without disrupting operations in the existing building.

We offer insulated sandwich panels with fire ratings of 60 minutes, 90 minutes, and 120 minutes depending on the panel specification. For regulated manufacturing environments — pharma, chemicals, defence — we can specify panels meeting NBC 2016 and IS 1641 fire protection requirements.

60–90 days from design sign-off for a standard factory shed. Complex crane-bay structures with mezzanine and multi-bay configurations may take 90–120 days. We provide a milestone-based project schedule at the time of quoting so your equipment installation and production planning can be aligned to the handover date.

Yes. Floor load specifications are coordinated with your process team's requirements during design. We provide foundation design criteria and floor slab load specifications to your civil contractor. For forklift operations, we design for 3–5 tonne axle loads as standard, with heavier loads accommodated on request.

Yes, though it is more cost-effective to include mezzanine design from the start. If you know there's a possibility of future mezzanine requirements, we pre-provision column base plates and connection points during initial construction so the addition is straightforward and less disruptive later.
