Why Our PUF Panels Make the Difference
The insulation panel is the most critical element in cold storage. A poorly manufactured panel — with voids, inconsistent density, or weak joints — costs you in refrigeration energy every single day and leads to premature failure. Our panels are factory-manufactured on continuous production lines, not site-poured, giving you consistent quality across every panel in your facility.
- Thermal Efficiency. Conductivity of 0.022–0.028 W/m·K — among the lowest available. Every millimetre of PUF is working correctly.
- Zero Water Absorption. PUF is inherently non-hygroscopic. Unlike EPS or mineral wool, it doesn't absorb moisture over time and lose insulation value.
- High Compressive Strength. 300–400 kPa compressive strength means panels withstand forklift impacts, stored load pressure, and everyday operational forces without deforming.
- Quick Assembly. Cam-lock panel joints are designed for rapid, tool-light assembly and disassembly — critical for future expansion or reconfiguration.
