Share your site dimensions, usage type, headcount or production volumes, and delivery timeline. Our team will ask the right clarifying questions to scope the project accurately from day one.
Design & Quotation
Our structural engineers prepare GA drawings and a detailed BOQ. The quote is fixed-price — you know the full cost before you commit. No provisional sums, no scope creep.
Contract & Approvals
We sign a milestone-based contract with payment terms tied to delivery stages. We prepare all technical documentation required for statutory approvals — IS code certificates, load schedules, and structural drawings.
Factory Fabrication
Steel primary and secondary sections are cut, drilled, and assembled in our ISO-certified fabrication yard. Each frame is trial-assembled and marked before dispatch. Quality inspected at every stage.
Site Erection
Our own erection crew arrives on site — no subcontracting. Frames are bolted together, sheeting installed, flashings sealed. We don't leave until the building is watertight and punch-listed.
Handover & Warranty
Final walkthrough with the client. Structural warranty certificate issued. After-sales support available by phone and WhatsApp for the duration of the 10-year warranty period.
