What sizes do security cabins come in?

Our standard range starts at 4×4 ft (compact single-guard booth) and goes up to 8×10 ft (supervisory post with space for two guards). Common intermediate sizes are 4×6 ft, 6×8 ft, and 6×10 ft. Custom dimensions for toll plazas, wide cabin formats, or irregular plot shapes are available on request.

What electrical fittings are included?

Standard fitting includes an LED batten light, ceiling fan provision, one 5A socket, and one 15A socket (for AC provision in larger cabins). A compact MCB protects the circuit. For toll cabin applications with computer points, telephone lines, or CCTV provisions, custom electrical layouts are available.

How long does delivery and installation take?

Standard security cabins are ready to dispatch in 3–7 days from order confirmation. On-site installation — positioning, levelling, anchoring, and connecting the power supply point — takes 2–4 hours. Your security post is operational on the same day of delivery.

Can the cabin be branded with our company colours and logo?

Yes. The exterior is powder-coated and can be colour-matched to your brand palette. We can include the company logo, facility name, or signage text as printed or cut-vinyl graphics applied before dispatch.

Is AC available in security cabins?

Yes — for 6×8 ft and larger cabins, AC provision (bracket, 15A socket, drain sleeve) can be included. A 0.75-tonne or 1-tonne split AC is typically sufficient for these sizes. We can include AC supply and installation as an option.

What is the material construction?

The structural frame is MS steel hollow sections (40×40 or 50×50 mm). Wall cladding is either GI sheet or 40 mm EPS sandwich panels. The roof is corrugated GI or flat sandwich panel with a rain-deflecting overhang. All steel is treated with anti-corrosion primer and finished with powder-coated paint.

Can the cabin be relocated if we move it to a different gate?

Yes. Security cabins are anchored to the ground but not built into it. If you reconfigure your gate layout or need to move the cabin to a different facility, it can be unbolted, crane-lifted, and repositioned. This also makes it a reusable asset if your facility's security arrangement changes.

What is the cost of a security cabin?

A standard 4×6 ft guard booth with basic electrical typically costs ₹35,000–55,000. A 6×10 ft cabin with AC provision runs ₹75,000–1,10,000. Toll plaza configurations and supervisory posts are priced on the specific requirement. We provide a fixed-price quote within 24 hours.
