Yes. Maintenance pit provisions are engineered into the structural system at design stage. We coordinate pit dimensions, pit depth, drainage provisions, and structural loading with the civil foundation contractor. Pit reinforcement beams and edge protection framing are included in the structural package.

Metro rail coaches typically require 6–8m above rail level for pantograph access; overhead EOT cranes for bogie replacement add another 4–6m. A metro maintenance depot typically requires eave heights of 12–16m. We design to the specific rolling stock type and crane specification provided by the metro authority.

Yes. EOT crane provisions up to 50 tonne are integrated into the primary portal frame design — crane runway beams, brackets, rail provisions, and buffer stops are all engineered as part of the structural system. We work with crane suppliers on interface drawings for crane span, capacity, hook height, and end-approach dimensions.

Absolutely. EV bus depots require structural provisions for roof-mounted solar panels, cable management trays, charging dispenser foundations, and higher electrical loads. We incorporate these requirements at design stage — roof load provisions for solar panels, cable tray supports within the purlin system, and conduit provisions through the structural frame.

Fuel bays require PESO-compliant structural zoning — fire-rated wall separations, specific ventilation provisions, and electrical hazardous area classifications. We design the structural envelope to separate fuel dispensing zones from maintenance bays, with fire-rated cladding, explosion-vent provisions, and statutory separation distances all built into the structural layout.

Yes. Admin blocks, welfare facilities, rest rooms, and control offices are commonly integrated into the depot structural envelope. We design a combined structure with the operational depot bay and the administrative wing — single structural contract, shared foundation design, coordinated MEP provisions.
