For coastal railway environments subject to salt spray and high humidity, GFRP (glass fibre reinforced plastic) cladding is the most durable option — it does not corrode, requires no painting, and has a service life exceeding 25 years in coastal conditions. Structural framing for coastal applications is hot-dip galvanised to 85 microns minimum. Standard PPGI cladding with marine-grade paint is a cost-effective alternative where direct sea spray exposure is limited.

For platform shelters and trackside equipment cabins that are located outside the rail safety zone, installation by chemical anchor bolt requires no track possession — the structural module is craned into position and bolted down in a single operation. For trackside work within the safety zone, we design the module for minimum installation time to fit within the available possession window.

Panel room extensions for PI relay systems are often 9.0m × 3.6m. For unmanned rural station applications, we specify anti-vandal construction — 3mm thick steel sheet cladding (vs 0.5mm standard), concealed fixing systems with tamper-proof fasteners, hardened multi-point locking door sets, and polycarbonate or steel-mesh window infills that resist damage while maintaining visibility. These specifications significantly extend maintenance cycles at remote locations.

Standard platform shelters and trackside equipment cabins are delivered in 21–28 days from order confirmation. Larger maintenance yard buildings and multi-module station redevelopment packages take 35–45 days. For repeat or multi-site contracts, we maintain production schedules that ensure consistent delivery across multiple locations.

Yes. We offer supply-only or supply-and-install contracts. For installation, our erection teams handle foundation bolt preparation verification, module craning and positioning, structural fixing, and service connection provisions. For projects requiring third-party inspection by Railway Engineers, we provide documentation and attend inspections as required.
